These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowTight mobile application ("App") operated by NgneerX Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using FlowTight you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FlowTight is a music creation app for iOS that allows you to capture song ideas, generate beats using AI, build beats with a step sequencer, and record vocals over beats. Some features are available at no charge ("Free Tier"); others require a paid subscription ("Pro").
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowTight. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.
You may sign in using Apple Sign In or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flowtight.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
FlowTight Pro is offered on the following subscription plans, billed through the Apple App Store:
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All billing is managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We do not process or store your payment information.
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Free Tier users may generate up to 3 AI beats per month. Additional features — including the beat maker, recording over beats, and audio export — require a Pro subscription. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
You retain ownership of all audio recordings, beat patterns, and other content you create using FlowTight ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the service (e.g., AI beat generation). We do not claim ownership of or sell your content.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any law. You may not use FlowTight to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
Beats generated by FlowTight's AI features are created using third-party AI services. AI-generated outputs may be similar to other outputs. We make no warranty that AI-generated beats are unique or free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for any content you publish or distribute.
All software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property in FlowTight are owned by NgneerX Technology LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
You agree not to:
FlowTight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NgneerX Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of FlowTight, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NgneerX Technology LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@flowtight.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6–15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
